As data acquisition is a vital part of the monitoring business, reporting events is even more important. If a site wants to attain information on their open/close details for a certain date for example, the operator must give the information fast.
A-traq can handle reporting of events very easily with the click of a button. Reporting can be handled in five different ways:
1- The site can receive reports by post at any specified date. A header page is used in all report formats to give up-to-date information on the information at hand at the monitoring station. This way the customer can view details and modify accordingly.
2- The site can receive the report via fax sent to the customers fax number. To eliminate the usage time of the fax, the report is sent in short form whilst giving all information needed.
3- The site can receive reports via e-mail with an attached MS Excel sheet. This way the customer can transfer the data to other software for other purposes. For example: using time attendance with the open/close details.
4- The user can receive certain information through GSM/GPRS SMS technology. For example: The general manager can be informed if his/her store has been opened late. Not good for the employees! For more information on this feature click on GSM/GPRS SMS MODULE.
5- The user may login to the WEB/WAP site of your monitoring station and view or edit information on sites owned by the customer. For more information on this feature click on WEB TOOLS.
Below you will find just some of the examples of reports that can be prepared by A-traq.
